  I was a little worried when he offered to help me with the bikes and spare -- after all, a lot of shops would love to help you with that in order to charge extra labour, and it was all pretty complicated and time-consuming. But it was late, the sun was going down, we had a young kid, and we had a long way to travel yet that day. When we went to pay, though, he told us not to bother. It was all free of charge.

  In the middle of a trip from Vancouver to Winnipeg, we discovered we had a flat. It was in the middle of the evening, so everything was closed, but thankfully we found that Integra offered emergency services. We gave them a call, and one of their employees (I can't remember his name, sadly) was there in about ten minutes to help us.

  They'd given us a quick estimate for an emergency tire patch, but when he pulled the tire off he found that it had multiple side punctures -- it was completely shot. So, instead of patching the tire, he helped me remove the bikes from the back of our vehicle (a very complicated process, since they weren't supposed to come off until Winnipeg), retrieve our spare, and got us back on the road.

  Service was prompt, had my tire fixed and back on the road right away. Price was excellent. Much better than any "chain" service center. Will return for any needed future repairs
