  Customer Rep (CR) used fork lift to take hitch down from top of seacan. Realized that it was the wrong one. I requested a full refund. CR did not know how to do refund. Waited 4 days to get a response from business owner. She feels it's fair to charge me $40.00 for after hour fork lift labour charges.

  Confirmed over the phone I was looking for a 34" Slider (5th wheel hitch). They said yes, so I said I am coming. I drove 200km to buy the 5th wheel hitch. I arrived at 4:50pm. They closed at 5:00pm. I paid for hitch.

  I drove 400km in total to buy this $400.00 hitch from this business. Paid for it. Realized that the measurements given to each other was wrong; was not able to get a refund on the spot and charged $40.00 for fork lift after hour labour charges.

  In result my 1 star review. I feel this is completely unfair. If they measured the hitch in the first place (which was my request prior to driving 200km in my 1 ton truck) I would not have wasted my time. But the CR said I had no time. I am 3-4 days behind work. (I called on a Thursday afternoon)
