  Very rude staff I have not seen this kind of worst staff in my entire life. Staff Laughed at me when I asked them that I want to order a bagel. I requested for sesamic bagel, but they laughed at me in wired way. So I asked what bagels you have, they said I already told you, what bagels we have. I requested could you repeat it, they said we only have plain bagel only and continued laughing at me in insulting way, If you want customer to be happy, Please change staff.

  Ordered a coffee through the tim hortons mobile app. It was ready when I walked in. Mind ya it wasn't busy at 630am however, it was ready and tasted good. Why not 5 stars. Because right now it as fantastic next time I go in I may have to wait a little.

  Brutal service asked for a fresh veggies but when opening a bag after 1 minute in my card soggy and looks like leftover from baking

  I don’t know how they can call themselves a Tim Horton’s when you come at 5:00 in the morning and they have 3 staff working and keep the drive thru closed. Hire the right number of staff that speak and understand English before you lose multiple oilpatch trucks and customers to McDonald’s.
