  Was very dissappointed.I called on feb 2 and want to have an appointment for my son so the lady on the phone suggested me to have an appointment at 5pm(on feb 3).my husband and my son went there before 5pm but they told to them that the appointment was 12 not 5pm.I was shocked.how come that they moved to 12 without informing atleast to their customer.I called them nicely and asked how that happened but the lady was Rude and instead of explaining,she said she dont have time to urgue..what??I'm not urguing!!I'm just asking how that happen??and take note: the lady was the first one to raise her voice!! Really??
